Been here several times over the past year while in the area for work. Service has been lacking each time but this time it was obvious none of the servers cared about doing their jobs. My server was too involved in eating her own meal to refresh my drink that sat empty for nearly 10 minutes. She never even looked up from her seat to check on her tables. Another waitress was in a booth with her boyfriend full on PDA. Two others sat at a table talking the entire time I was there. NONE of the servers smiled hardly at all. You would have thought they were being forced to work there against their will. The only girl tending to her customers was in over her head and didn't know what to do when one of her tables said their wings came out cold. I hesitate going here each time but I know I like what's on the menu. I return only because the bazillion pizza and sandwich shops around here get old fast.
We mostly pick up wings from here. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, but in the last 6 months, Hooters have become our Go-to when we want to do casual evenings of wings, movies and games. Our best flavor is the spicy garlic. It is located below the Clarion hotel, which I find odd, as it doesn't seem to be a buzzing neighborhood to me. The place is nice, with lots of TVs; and friendly staff.
Nice service , great food - slow service.
The female manager is very rude and doesn't know how to take care of her customers. My burger was red and I asked to just get a new burger since I asked for well done and she told me no. I don't understand how can I be told no when I'm paying for the service. She needs to be fired immediately she doesn't have any type of customer service skills at all!! The bartender name Jamie was drinking on the job and couldn't take ordered properly. This place just needs improvements
I went to hooters on my friend’s birthday. We ordered 3 dishes and had to wait for an hour.
Good food. Poor service.
Finally got the order and out of 3 orders 2 were wrong items we received. But the one who was taking care of us replaced these with right order without charging us. Food was delicious and definitely enjoyed. Recommend to people who are not super hungry.
Stopped in to watch some college football with coworkers. The beer was nice and cold and the wings and sandwiches were very good! Our waitress gave us fantastic service, keeping our glasses full and asking if we needed anything else.
They are currently running happy hour Monday to Friday 4-7 pm, during which time you can get 20 wings for the price of 10!
