why is this still up?! it's not even open anymore!!! waste of drive!!
Nice selection of clothing at fairly good prices. Friendly cashiers. The only problem I have is that the clothing seems focused on a larger clientele.
In regards to the Scratch Off CARD I received for 4th of July 2017 RED DOT SALE... Franklin NJ store DID NOT HONOR My scratch off CARD percentage on 6/28. I was given the RED DOT STORE discount but the register would NOT give me my additional scratch off discount of 40%. Instead they gave me a store discount of 50% off my lower prices items... But Not for the higher priced items. The CARD I received in the mail read....scratch off (at the store)for an ADDTIONAL percentage of 40 50 or 75% off the Red Dot discount. I was told the COMPANY changed the rules AFTER THE CARD WENT OUT and they could not apply an additional discount to my red dot products. I have used scratch off cards before in this store and received my additional discount. I feel that this mailing did not meet my expectations; however, the mailing did get me into the store.
So glad to hear that this horrible store is closing. They absolutely ruined this place which used to be an awesome place to shop. Over time they had a change in staff that could not have been more rude, nasty and unhelpful. If you find yourself unemployed due to this store closing take a look in the mirror.....You did it to yourself. Bye bye!
Heard this store is closing mid of Oct 2017, which is sad. Most of the items here are on sale. Good apparel especially for women
