My attempts to bring this up to the staff has produced no fruit. The junior staff last week took my complaint with understanding; yet didn't know how to control the volume or change the content selection. A complaint this week to management was taken as well with a good attitude and smile around 7pm; but, the show went on.
Very affordable. Clean facility. People working there are okay. You don't need to interact with anyone working out usually and there's more than enough space to move about. Plenty of machines. You can plug your headphones into the treadmill and watch and listen to one of the multiple televisions on the wall. I wish they'd have more than just news on it's boring. 24/7 access. Very cool.
Thoughts on how to make this more bearable are few since the volume goes beyond my earbuds.

Music is too loud and filled with wickedness... Fornication, oppression, drunkeness, drug use... I travel a lot due to work and have seen many PF facilities. This one is in a location that gets passed and used once a week. Overall the place is clean, has a friendly staff, and things are in good working order; but, the atmosphere that's produced with this music and video propaganda makes my workouts uncomfortable.
Great gym! I love getting a warm welcome and the friendly goodbye when I leave really adds to the experience~ only occasionally you get the indifferent employee. It feels like a playground for adults at times, especially when it's not too crowded. Only complaint is it gets really crowded with the 5pm after work crowd but hopefully the new crunch gym will help. I also think they over did it with the TVs...I don't want to constantly see the negativity in the news or politics when I work out...but I do like reading the inspirational tweets on the one screen. Wish there were more TV-free zones. The only other complaint was about this one member who hardly speaks English but comments "you finished? that's all?" ~ Made me feel uncomfortable especially for the judgement free zone but what can ya do
TURN OFF THE TV IN LOCKER ROOM! It is extremely obnoxious to hear the TV and radio playing simultaneously to create this chaotic noise! Downgrading my below review because of this. There has also been a pair of green shoes rotting away in locker 97 for months
I am no gym expert but I’d argue that this one is pretty good. The floors are clean and so is the rest of equipment, of which there is plenty for different kinds of exercises. Filtered water is provided by water fountains throughout the gym and it is quite tasty. The staff is friendly and professional and even allowed me to try out the water massage beds! On the other hand the TV in the locker room was extremely annoying as it played two stations at once, though this was fixed fairly quickly. The music over the cardio section can be a bit too loud for my taste, however I’ve found that the loudness is from song to song and isn’t bothersome most of the time. As to the TV’s and their channels as well as the kinds of music played, I would say that they are fitting for the gym. I saw people complaining in the reviews above, and I must say that if you aren’t 100% focused on your workout and rather criticize the music and TV’s, then perhaps you should consider going to the park or a different gym and ask for a refund.
