Within a couple hours, Wilner #2086 came out. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. Cleared the line within an hour and made sure the water was flowing properly before leaving.
Scheduled a service call online late last night. The tech was here today by 9 am. Peter, the tech, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and told me the price before starting any work. He unclogged the drain for the washing machine and didn't leave until he made sure he fixed it. I would definitely call roto-rooter again if I ever have another plumbing issue.
