The location is excellent. The post office itself is extremely tiny; in contrast, the attitude of the balding post office clerk with long hair is HUGE! This 50-60 year old guy is a criminal I'm willing to bet anything on that. You cannot be that angry and not have assaulted or done harm to anyone. He's just awful beyond description. Be honest and leave an honest review about this guy.
The pick up the phone so fast and when we met the person working there (Skip), he was so kind and helpful.
The 259 Nassau St post office do not even pick up the phone.

Awesome. I wanted passport renewal for my daughter and I. I tried calling other post offices and most of them do not even pick up the phone.
Carnegie Center picks up the phone after 2 or 3 minutes of ringing and hang up.
The Kendall park post office always says, it is walk in but you have to call before you go. When ever you call, they say the agent is out and left early. It happened 3 times to me.
I concur with the other poster. The lady is lovely though - absolutely sweetheart. Shame she works with Frankenstein. Pray before you get in you do not get Frankenstein
