The hotel is either brand new or very recently renovated. Everything was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The free breakfast was the standard hotel fare, but tasty. Will definitely stay here if I'm back in the area.
Best breakfast at this location of any of the local Marriott's. it's a brand new facility and everything is very up-to-date. Netflix on the TV is pretty cool feature
My husband and I had our wedding party and family stay at the Springhill Suites in Somerset for our wedding in November. Though the facility is beautiful and our guests had a pleasant stay, my husband and I were charged incorrectly for rooms and more than a month later are going back and forth through e-mail with management to obtain a refund. We've been apologized to several times and been told that the matter will be taken care of "today" several times, but we are still, patiently waiting. We will need to now dispute the charges with our credit card company. If you do book a wedding party's/family stay here, be sure to keep communications documented.
Stayed here many a times. Wonderful rooms in every way at far less than I have paid more for elsewhere. I am fussy about old, dingy hotels as allergies kick in. Lovely staff. Only hotel I know where Wayne, the supervisor offered to help me unload my car and settle in my room. Wow!!! Over the many stays many names added to the list. Kristin, Brian, Vanessa and the list goes on. My worry is of a day I’m here on a business trip and a room is not available. I had a flat tire but couldn’t miss my meeting. Left my keys at the front desk and with the help of AAA all was taken care of. I first chose this location because of their fire pit. Being indoor all day, love the ambience. Includes breakfast, lovely reception/hang out area. It’s my perfect choice.
Nice room. Staff was overwhelmed with a full house. Check in complicated by computer being down.
